THE ROLE





• Responsible for managing and meeting the requirements of your customers and candidates.

• Increase sales from new business development

• Involved in all aspects of the recruitment process

• Maintain accurate recording of data and information so as to maximise the

Revenues by improving efficiencies and ratios





IDEAL CANDIDATE





• Have a proven track record of consistent billing history, (preferably in Technical, Engineering, Construction or Industrial Recruitment)

• You will be used to working to and exceeding targets

• You will be self motivated, ambitious and a strong team player

• Be motivated by working in a strong bonus environment

• Be of a smart & professional appearance

• Hold a full UK driving licence
