Branch Sales Manager/ Estate Agent valuer



Our Client is looking to recruit a Branch Sales Manager for a new branch in Sheffield City Centre.



This role will involve being responsible for the effective day to day running of a residential branch in order to maximise income through the sale and rental of property and other related products. Also, to carry out market and rental appraisals in order to secure instructions to sell and let residential property.



The candidate should have experience in the Estate Agency and Lettings market and have the interpersonal skills required to run a highly motivated team of individuals.



Benefits package includes a basic pay of £25000, car allowance and generous commission scheme and profit bonus with OTE of £40000
